Built a centralized subscription management system to identify billing redundancies, account conflicts, and cost optimization opportunities across personal software and service accounts.
Findings & Outcomes:
Identified duplicate Google One 2TB billing across two payment methods (web vs. in-app) on the same account
Consolidated Microsoft 365 Family plan eliminating a redundant second subscription by utilizing available open seats
Detected duplicate streaming coverage for Paramount+ and Discovery+ each billed twice (standalone + bundled via Prime)
Total savings: ~$50/month / ~$600/year

ChaosOS™ was originally developed to manage high-volume information, competing priorities, research, and decision-making across multiple domains. The framework combines AI-assisted analysis with structured knowledge management practices and a centralized repository ("LifeVault") to preserve context, documentation, and historical decisions.
The system was designed around the principle that information becomes more valuable when it can be retrieved, connected, and applied consistently over time.
